Translation
The necessary parts of ritual bath (ghusl) are three:

1) rinsing the mouth and the back of the throat
2) washing the nasal passage to the soft bone
3) flowing water over the entire body so the no hair remains dry (without undergoing severe hardship or difficulty)

Its sunnan include:

1) niyah
2) washing both hands to the wrists
3) washing the private parts
4) removing any impurity from the body
5) doing wudu
6) and finally pouring water over the body beginning from the head (to follow this order is also sunnah).
